The MySejahtera app now has a new feature that asks users to upload a picture of their COVID-19 self-test result when updating their health status
The app also requires users to answer several questions regarding the self-test, such as where it was conducted, the date it was taken, and the result of the test.
Before the update, users only had to fill up a form and state whether the result was positive, negative, or invalid.
The form now appears as a single page and there is a button for users to attach a photo of their self-test result in order to proceed.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) recommends that you take a COVID-19 self-test before attending a gathering or event
You should also conduct a test if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, such as sore throat, cough, flu, or fever.
If you are a close contact of a positive COVID-19 case, MOH recommends conducting a self-test at least five days after contact.
