A three-year-old boy in Kelantan has died of heatstroke as the country grapples with an ongoing heatwave
According to Bernama, the boy, Abil Qaiz Faizal Fazrin, was playing with his two siblings in their grandfather's car, parked at the back of their home in Kampung Teluk, Bachok, when the incident happened.
Abil's grandmother, Zainun Mat Amin, said while his older siblings wanted to go home, Abil insisted on staying in the car.
"The child was probably accidentally locked inside the car and he was only discovered in a semi-conscious state nearly two hours later," she said.
