Debit and credits cards are now accepted modes of payment at all Rapid KL customer service counters.
According to an announcement made by Rapid KL yesterday, 1 May, you can now use your debit or credits cards for transactions such as purchasing tokens, reloading your Touch 'n Go cards, and subscribing to My50 or MyCity travel passes.

However, debit and credit cards cannot be used to pay for train rides
For the time being, the only cashless options are train tokens or Touch 'n Go cards, as confirmed by RapidKL.

Additionally, debit and credit card are only accepted for transactions made at the counter.
You can still purchase tokens from token machines available at all stations, but you'll still need to use cash to pay for them.
