Google will soon be rolling out an AI feature for its Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the Google Play Store, enhancing user experience and providing more efficient assistance.
The feature, expected to be implemented in the coming weeks, is already available to select users who have upgraded to version 39.1 of the store.
They've been able to activate the feature by enabling a flag in the settings.
The new feature is designed to expedite your app selection process, making it quicker and more efficient for users
Just click on the 'Created by AI' label at the bottom of the 'Answer to FAQs' section in on the Google Play Store.
You’ll find frequently asked questions in a drop-down menu, generated by artificial intelligence.
Do note that the accuracy of these questions and answers may vary.

This new AI feature is currently limited to selected popular apps and games
The feature might also duplicate information already present in its description, creating redundancy. Therefore, it's advisable to read the detailed information about a complex app instead of solely relying on the AI-generated summary.
On the flip side, for a simple app, the quick FAQ might be useful for users seeking concise information.
The feature will be gradually introduced to all users in the coming weeks
Ensure that you have the latest version of the Google Play Store to make use of the new feature.
