OpenAI has rolled out a voice feature for ChatGPT's free users
This feature, initially available only for its Plus and Enterprise subscribers, is now open for everyone to try. This includes free users too!
Users can talk to ChatGPT directly instead of typing by tapping on the headphone icon
Once you've tapped on the headphone icon, the feature will be activated, and you'll then be given the choice to select which voice you want to interact with.

With this voice feature, you can talk to ChatGPT just like you're having a conversation with a real person.
Besides that, ChatGPT will also transcribe the entire conversation.
You can refer back to the transcript for your own reference after you close the voice feature.

ChatGPT is highly capable of understanding and conversing in multiple languages
It's still unclear how many languages are available, but for now, Malaysians can talk to ChatGPT in English, Malay, and Chinese. Users are also able to choose from five different voices for communication.
