[VIDEO] Tesla Allegedly Loses Control And Crashes Into 2 Other Vehicles In China

A recent video shared on Twitter and YouTube depicts a Tesla Model 3 going out of control before crashing into a bus and skidding next to an Audi in China

The video, which was shared by South China Morning Post, features a compilation of closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage that shows the chronology of the incident.

The car was first seen speeding across a bridge, before continuing onto a busy road and colliding into the two vehicles.  

According to the footage, it appears the bus managed to get out of the way shortly after the accident, but the Tesla stopped in its tracks next to a white Audi.

The accident claimed the life of one passenger who was aboard the Tesla, while its driver is currently in a coma

The victims involved were husband and wife, according to a relative.

It is still unclear whether the rapid acceleration was caused by a technical malfunction or human error

South China Morning Post reported that the accident is still under investigation.

Tesla Model 3 has reportedly been in use for about three years, and no statement has been made by Tesla or family members of the victims, as of writing.
