A 16-year-old Thai rocker has gone from performing alongside Linkin Park on America's Got Talent (AGT) to opening for Avenged Sevenfold in Singapore
Nene Royal, whose real name is Rattikarn Amloy, will take the stage at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on 13 October 2026, where she will open for the US heavy metal band.
The upcoming performance comes just days after Nene was crowned the winner of America's Got Talent Season 21, taking home the competition's USD1 million (approximately RM4.08 million) grand prize.

The 16-year-old impressed throughout the competition with her powerful rock vocals and guitar skills, having previously performed songs including The Cranberries' Zombie and Soundgarden's Black Hole Sun.
Her performances had already made her a social media sensation in Thailand before she made it all the way to the AGT finale.
Nene ultimately beat a magician to win the competition, and reportedly collapsed onto the stage after hearing her name announced as the winner.
"I'm very happy and you know I'm emotional right now," she said following her win, according to AFP.
The Phuket-born musician said she started playing guitar at the age of seven and mostly learned by watching videos online
In an interview with America's Got Talent, Nene recalled falling in love with the instrument almost immediately.
"When I played the first chord, I fell in love and I thought — I am going to be the girl rock star," she said.
Her talent has also earned recognition back home.
In July, Nene was invited to perform with Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, who later congratulated her on becoming the first Thai national to win America's Got Talent.
Her school in Phuket also held watch parties for students and teachers to watch the AGT finale, celebrating her victory.
