Borderland Music Festival is returning to Sarawak Cultural Village this September, bringing two days of electronic music, international DJs, regional acts, and local talent to Santubong
The festival will take place on 11 and 12 September 2026, with more than 40 artistes set to perform across the weekend.

Leading this year's lineup are international EDM heavyweights KSHMR, Ben Nicky, and Blasterjaxx
KSHMR, known for tracks including Secrets, Jammu, and Wildcard, has performed at major festivals including Coachella, Tomorrowland, EDC, Ultra, and Sunburn.
Meanwhile, British DJ and producer Ben Nicky will be serving up his high-energy trance and hard dance sets, while Dutch duo Blasterjaxx are set to bring their big-room EDM sound to the festival.
They're joined by more international and regional names including Arcando, Juelz, DNA, and RAMENGVRL.
RAMENGVRL will also be performing alongside Indahkus, Dia, and Kenz for a special set.

There's plenty of Malaysian talent too
The lineup also features a solid mix of Malaysian electronic acts, including Chukiess & Whackboi, Boriz, Ezra Hazard, Mattdy, Nauv, Casez, Jeana, Priscilia Gallyot, Phileon, QueKid, Rezurrectionz, and MNFZTO, among others.
With more than 40 artistes across the lineup, there's plenty to keep festivalgoers busy throughout the two days.

While the music is obviously the main attraction, Borderland is also incorporating more of Sarawak's culture into this year's festival
For the first time, the festival will feature traditional cultural workshops inspired by the Rainforest World Music Festival, giving visitors the chance to experience local arts and traditions alongside the electronic music.
There'll also be local arts and crafts for festivalgoers to check out.

And because the festival is taking place at Sarawak Cultural Village, you'll get to party with Mount Santubong and the rainforest as your backdrop.
Tickets are available through Ticketmelon.
