Latihan Pestapora Malaysia is making its return on 15 August at the National Hockey Stadium, Bukit Jalil, bringing together some of the biggest names from Malaysia and Indonesia for a full day of live music
Following its debut last year, the cross-border music festival is back with a refreshed format, featuring more than 15 artistes, alongside over 50 food, drink, shopping, and lifestyle vendors spread across the festival grounds.
Headlining this year's edition is none other than Tulus, whose soulful hits like Hati-Hati di Jalan and Monokrom have earned him a massive fanbase across Southeast Asia
Joining him are fellow Indonesian favourites Romantic Echoes, Mahalini, Juicy Lucy, and Bernadya, all of whom have delivered some of the region's biggest singalong anthems in recent years.
Fans can also look forward to several special collaborative performances that you won't typically get to see elsewhere, including:
- Rhoma Irama Soneta x Maliq & D'Essentials
- Nadhif Basalamah x Aziz Harun x Aisha Retno
- Masdo x Gerhana Skacinta
The lineup is rounded out by Malaysian acts Insomniaks and Fugō, making it a festival that celebrates both sides of the Malaysia-Indonesia music scene
Beyond the music, festival-goers can also expect plenty to explore between sets, with tons of 50 food, beverage, shopping, and lifestyle vendors on site throughout the day.
Last year's Latihan Pestapora drew nearly 30,000 fans.
