Local ice cream brand Inside Scoop has teamed up with Oriental Kopi to transform one of Malaysia's most-loved coffee flavours into a limited-edition dessert collection inspired by classic kopitiam favourites
The collaboration takes Oriental Kopi's signature Classic White Coffee brew and churns it into three coffee-inspired treats: White Coffee Ice Cream, Kopi Tiramisu, and Kopitiam Coffee Cake.
Designed to recreate the feeling of enjoying coffee at a traditional kopitiam, the tiramisu is served in a custom-made Inside Scoop kopitiam cup inspired by the iconic ceramic cups many Malaysians grew up seeing on coffee shop tables.
The dessert combines layers of coffee-flavoured goodness into a chilled treat that feels both nostalgic and indulgent.
According to a SAYS employee, it's creamy and ideal for those who really enjoy kopitiam-style white coffee.
For those planning a Father's Day celebration at home, the Kopitiam Coffee Cake serves as the collection's centrepiece
Featuring soft ombre layers infused with white coffee flavours, it's designed as a shareable dessert that brings everyone to the table.
Of course, there's also the White Coffee Ice Cream itself for those who prefer to keep things simple
Inside Scoop says the collection was created to capture a feeling many Malaysians know well, sitting down with family over a cup of coffee and conversation.
"We've always aimed to recreate flavours and experiences that resonate deeply with Malaysians. This Father's Day, we wanted to capture that exact feeling. Partnering with Oriental Kopi allowed us to recreate the authentic flavours into something families can share together," said Wong Ee Ren, senior marketing executive at Inside Scoop.
