Actress Miera Leyana's 50-Year-Old Husband Divorces His First Wife After 28 Years Together
Earlier, the 29-year-old actress uploaded an Instagram Story, seemingly responding to the marital discord faced by her husband, Rosland Othman, and his first wife, Adibah Abdul Mutalib.

Actress Miera Leyana's 50-year-old husband Rosland Othman has ended his 28-year marriage with his first wife, Adibah Abdul Mutalib
Rosland made the pronouncement with a single talak before Federal Territories Syariah Lower Court judge Siti Noraini Mohd Ali at 10.50am yesterday, 3 August, according to New Straits Times.
He had filed for divorce from Adibah on 7 April citing "irreconcilable differences".
He told the judge that his decision to divorce Adibah was due to a lack of understanding, affection, and compatibility following her statements in the media, which allegedly affected his career.
Before the 50-year-old businessman pronounced the talak, the judge read the results of the reconciliation committee, which was accepted by both Rosland and Adibah on 13 July.
Rosland and Adibah married on 3 June 1995 and had five children together.
After the divorce proceedings, the two left the courtroom without making any statements.

In her Story at the time, the Johor Bahru-born actress remarked that "there are always two sides to every story" that are unknown to outsiders, and that everyone would "one day" discover "the truth".
The 29-year-old also advised people against being obsessed with popularity or glamour to the point of spreading baseless claims. She, however, did not specify or mention any names.
"There will always be two sides to a story. Don't go crazy for glamour. One day, you will know the truth. Beware of modern-day slander. That's all from Miera Leyana, now going to cook for my husband and kids. Goodbye," read her Instagram Story that was posted on 4 May, as reported by Kosmo!
Rosland married Miera, who is his second wife, on 25 July 2020
Subsequently, allegations of marital discord between Rosland and Adibah began circulating.
While Adibah came forward to deny the allegations, Rosland, who is Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd's chief executive officer (CEO), filed for divorce in April this year.
Rosland and Miera have a two-year-old daughter.
Meanwhile, Miera's mother, Aisyah Abdullah, informed reporters at the courthouse yesterday that the Luna Fantasiku actress will hold a press conference on the matter soon.
