Cover image via Another international singer has announced a concert in Malaysia, and it's a blast from the past!
Akon, multi-talented Senegalese-American singer, songwriter, and producer, will be bringing his The Superfan Tour to Mega Star Arena, Kuala Lumpur on 19 November 2024.
This performance marks a significant moment for fans in Malaysia as it's been a while since the artiste graced a stage in the region.
Akon rose to prominence in 2004 with the release of his debut hit single, Lonely, followed by many more chart-topping hits such as Smack That, I Wanna Love You, and Don't Matter.
As his last studio album, Akonda, was released in 2019, Akon is expected to perform his all-time greatest hits for his superfans at this concert.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale at 10am next Thursday, 19 September, while general ticket sales will begin at 10am the next day, 20 September
You can register for pre-sale tickets starting on Wednesday, 18 September.
Ticket prices range from RM288 to RM988.
