While Raya is definitely different this year, one thing that hasn't changed is that listening to Raya songs still gets us hyped for all the festivities

We may not be singing "balik kampunggggg, oh oh oh, balik kampungggg" at the top of our lungs as we drive to our hometowns, but playing Raya songs at home is definitely just as exciting. It just doesn't feel like Raya without these songs!

To spread some festive cheer and remind everyone that #RayaMasihOn, TV3 has been posting Postmodern Jukebox-style covers of popular Raya songs

Performed by Fly & The Gypsy Cats and featuring other pretty cool local artists such as NJWA and Sarah Ismail, the covers have been posted on TV3's Facebook page and YouTube account. There are a total of five videos, and one has been going up every day since the first day of Raya.

Each video takes a classic Raya song and puts a fun, jazzy spin on it

The first four videos are covers of iconic Raya hits we all know and love by the likes of legendary Malaysian stars such as P. Ramlee and Saloma, while the final fifth video is a special new song composed by Audi Mok and Datuk Ahmad Izham Omar.
