K-fans, rejoice, 'cause Disney+ Hotstar has some exciting and exclusive Korean shows coming your way, and you definitely won't want to miss out, woohoo!
In facttt, the streaming service will also be releasing two new and exclusive Korean titles this week — BLACKPINK THE MOVIE and Snowdrop — both of which feature your favourite K-pop idol, Jisoo, yassss!
1. BLACKPINK THE MOVIE
Centering around four members of the girl group, the documentary features exclusive interviews with Jisoo, Rosé, Jennie, and Lisa sharing their experiences and journey of becoming a Kpop idol, while also showcasing their live performances that took place during The Show and In Your Area World Tour.
BLACKPINK THE MOVIE is available to stream only on Disney+ Hotstar on 15 December.
2. Snowdrop
Snowdrop tells the story of two college students — Im Sun Hoo and Eun Yeong-ro — who get caught up in a forbidden romance in South Korea in 1987 — a pivotal year where the country saw a nationwide mass movement that forced the ruling government to hold elections. Amidst the mass protests and democratic elections, Yeong-ro discovers that Sun Hoo is hiding a dark secret, and is not who he appears to be.
Snowdrop is available to stream only on Disney+ Hotstar from 18 December onwards.
