Titled Seindah Kasih, this feel-good movie tells the story of six media practitioners who must deal with their workplace relationship crises during Ramadan
Directed by Nik Amir Mustapha, famously known for critically-acclaimed films like Imaginur and Kil, this movie will bring you through workplace scenarios that feel oh-so-relatable.
The film features a star-studded cast, including Syafiq Kyle, Mimi Lana, Anas Ridzuan, Luqman Hafidz, Siti Saleha, and Shasha Abedul, who work in different fields within the same media company.
Things start to get heated when the main characters cross paths and are forced to face their issues head on
Nazmi (Syafiq Kyle), a hotshot senior reporter, butts heads with Alia (Mimi Lana), a digital reporter whom he accuses of adapting his story onto TikTok without his permission. Alia tries to prove her credibility by chasing her own story. Little does she know that Nazmi has been working on the same lead.
Jamal (Anas Ridzuan) was once part of a popular radio duo with Khairul (Luqman Hafidz). However, Khairul left the radio station and has since carved a name for himself as an actor. Jamal harbours resentment towards Khairul, and all hell breaks loose when Jamal is forced to interview Khairul to promote his new movie on air.
Meanwhile, TV producer Sharifah (Siti Saleha) relies heavily on her assistant Nina (Shasha Abedul) to run her life. When the disgruntled Nina decides to quit, Sharifah suddenly finds her world turned upside down.
