Sabahan Brand In The Spotlight After 'The Flash' Actor Wore Its Watch To A Hollywood Event
The watch was gifted to him by one of the brand's owners when he was in Malaysia last year.

A local brand got its moment to shine on a Hollywood red carpet when a timepiece from a Sabahan company was spotted at the 2018 Teen Choice Awards
It all started when a fan asked The Flash actor Grant Gustin about the watch he wore to the event. Turns out, the timepiece was gifted to him by the owner of Kota Kinabalu-based brand Nayan Co. during his visit to Malaysia last year!
In case you're wondering, the actor spent a couple of weeks in Sabah in December last year with his fiancée LA Thoma, who is half-Kadazan on her mother's side.
Based in Kota Kinabalu, Nayan Co. is founded by Fadzyinie Dullie and Fahad Nasir, the photographer who gave the watch to Gustin
Speaking to Free Malaysia Today, co-founder Fahad Nasir said that he gave the watch to Gustin as an engagement present, as he was also shooting the traditional Kadazan ceremony to honour Thoma's ancestors during the couple's visit to Sabah last year.
The exact piece worn by Gustin features a black and gold facade with brown leather straps, currently retailing at RM289 on Shopee
Let's hope the watch stops Barry Allen from messing up yet another timeline, eh?
