Throughout Ramadan, many employers made headlines for providing special tokens of appreciation for their employees' hard work
Even though the Raya celebrations are over, one employer is still going out of his way to show gratitude for his employees.
Food enthusiast and content creator Khairulaming recently shared on social media that he closed his factory for five days to take all 60 of his employees on a vacation to Langkawi.
Throughout the five-day vacation, Khairulaming provided all of his employees with a stay at the area's well-known five-star hotel, PARKROYAL
"When they first arrived, we let them check into a five-star hotel to make sure they were really comfortable to rest there," said the influencer in a three-minute video he posted.
He also shared that on the first day, his employees were free to do whatever they wanted because his company had nothing planned for them.
Some employees were seen playing beach volleyball, while others were seen relaxing on the beach.
"The next day, I gave them a surprise and invited them on a private yacht cruise to watch the sunset.
"The cruise was exclusive just for them and didn't include the public. They enjoyed the sunset while swimming in the ocean," he said.
Aside from the private cruise, Khairulaming also gave them ang pows which contained pocket money for them to spend on the second night of the trip
On the third day, the content creator took his team to an aquarium and on a mangrove cruise.
"They got to see fish, and go snorkelling, swimming, and feed eagles. We also checked out a bat cave there," he said.
Khairulaming also treated his employees to dinner on the last night of the vacation, during which the team got to indulge in traditional cuisines.
"Alhamdulillah, all 60 staff were extremely happy," he added.
