Man Has Internet In Stitches For Nonchalantly Washing His Car While Police Arrest 5 Men

When you look up the definition of 'focus', you may see a Singaporean man as the example.
Because he recently went viral on TikTok for nonchalantly washing his car while Singaporean police were in the midst of making an arrest.
According to the hilarious video uploaded on Tuesday night, 28 March, @nomoneysniper was seen washing his car tires while a police officer put a man in handcuffs and had him lay on the ground.
"Just casually washing [my] car while someone is getting arrested," he captioned the video.
The incident was believed to have taken place at a multi-storey car park at Block 592 Montreal Link in Sembawang, Singapore.
In an interview with AsiaOne, the original poster, Karthikeyan, said that he had already asked the police if he could continue washing his car while they arrested the men.
"But I did ask the police officer [if I can continue washing my car]. He said 'ok'. They really put their lives out there, kudos to them," he said.
For context, Singaporean police arrested five men on Monday, 27 March, for distributing illegal e-cigarettes and other accessories in the car park
According to Shin Min Daily News, police confiscated more than 200 boxes of e-cigarettes, pods, and e-liquids, and 20 large and small mail packages from the perpetrators' van.
The five men tried to evade arrest by driving at top speed around the car park, while police cars gave chase.
The perpetrators also allegedly tried to run a police officer down, mid-chase.
Karthikeyan said that he witnessed the entire incident. He described it as "feeling like a video game".
"It was actually not as funny as the video [made it seem]. The men were speeding inside the car park and we thought they were going to break the gantry," the 22-year-old said.
But that did not stop him from remaining at the scene. "I can't just leave my car alone since I was washing it halfway. If anything happens, I can help the police as an eyewitness too," Karthikeyan explained.
However the situation played out, netizens were tickled by Karthikeyan's nonchalance towards the whole incident
