[PHOTOS] These Kids' Children's Day Celebration Is Much More Fun Than Your Birthday Party
We're so jealous right now.
Remember how excited we used to get when Children's Day rolls around, especially if it's on a school day?
You get a day off from classes (yay!) and if you're lucky, you even get to throw a class party and get party packs filled with assorted snacks and candy!
Sure, some of us kinda dread having to sit in a stuffy hall for hours while our schoolmates do their thing onstage or were "encouraged" to practice our entrepreneurial skills in a Children's Day food fair... but it's still pretty fun!
But nothing you've ever experienced will beat what a primary school in Cheras brought in for their students on Children's Day this year - a legit mini amusement park right on the school's compound!
According to this Facebook post, the Children's Day carnival - brought in exclusively for primary schoolkids of SJK(C) Naam Kheung in Cheras, was paid for with funds donated by members of the Parent-Teacher Association (PIBG).
Relieved of their classes and school-related stress for the day, the kids were given the opportunity to go water-rafting in a makeshift pool set up in the basketball court
They might not be old enough to get their driving licenses, but who cares when you get to drive around in this quirky boat-car (and deliberately bump into your friends)?!
That's not all. The kids even got to slide down these colourful, bouncy inflatable slides - decorated with Hello Kitty and a majestic inflatable eagle - to their hearts' content.
*sigh* This jungle-themed climbing slide thing looks so fun...
The more adventurous of the lot decided to lose themselves in these super challenging set of mazes
We have no idea what this is, but it looks pretty educational and the kids are really paying attention to it... so we're guessing it's a "fun science" thing?
