Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has announced that Form 6 students will receive a living allowance of RM2,500

During the tabling of Budget 2027 today, 9 October, Anwar, who is also the Finance Minister, said the allowance would benefit 90,000 Form 6 students.

He said the amount is equivalent to the allowance given to students in matriculation programmes.
