One Square, a new lifestyle hub located near 1 Powerhouse and First Avenue, is set to open in October with a mix of F&B outlets, groceries, wellness studios, and community spaces
It's also within walking distance of 1 Utama and the Bandar Utama MRT and LRT stations, making it an easy stop for those living or working around the area.
One Square is bringing in some heavy hitters for its F&B lineup
According to the hub, here is where you can get your caffeine fix and cravings sorted:
– Yellow Brick Road
– BengBeng Sourdough
– Wolf Gang's by Wolf and Turtle Coffee
– Tea Garden
– Mama Kim Wellness Kitchen
– EM'S
– Guru Guru
– Contour and
– Tap Room among other tenants
There'll also be Village Grocer for groceries and AA Pharmacy for your everyday essentials.
For the fitness and beauty lovers, you can book a sweat session at The Flow Yoga and Pilates or get your nails done at Suga Nails.
Beyond its shops and eateries, One Square will have spaces for community events, exhibitions, and pop-ups
They have a huge 5,100 sq ft indoor space called The Centrecourt (which fits up to 500 people!) and a breezy 2,400 sq ft outdoor area known as The Yard.
Expect to see plenty of pop-ups, exhibitions, and weekend markets happening here soon.
For those of us who drive, parking shouldn't be a headache
The hub has 210 parking bays available, plus a valet service if you're feeling fancy (or just in a rush).
