The City of Elmina Launch Carnival is probably one of the most exciting events you can visit this month
Sime Darby Property is having a Launch Carnival at their City of Elmina township, situated in the heart of the Selangor Vision City in Shah Alam. Here are the details:

Time: 10am - 5pm

1. Strike a pose for Instagram at the iconic “Sakura Walk”
We have our very own 'sakura' trees in Malaysia too - and you can find them along the lakeside in Elmina Green 21-acre park! These local 'cherry blossoms' are called tecoma flowers, and they are a special feature in Elmina Green - the City of Elmina's newest precinct. Experience this iconic “Sakura Walk” at the carnival, put on a kimono, and take as many shots as you want for that #ootd!
2. Watch your coloured fish come to life in the interactive aquarium
Get ready to be blown away by the interactive aquarium at the Launch Carnival. There are multiple colouring books of cute ocean creatures for your kids to exercise their creativity. After they're done colouring, just sit back with them and watch their creations come to life in the aquarium.
3. Feast at the Launch Carnival's buffet area
Come with an empty tummy because you'll get to enjoy a yummy buffet prepared by Sime Darby's very own catering service. Food will be served throughout the carnival, so you can be sure you won't go hungry here!
4. Join in the fun at the carnival's many game booths and performances
There'll be clowns with balloons, stilt walkers like those seen in the circus, and many games booths that will keep you entertained for the whole day!
You can test your skills with the classic slingshot and ring toss games to see if you can win one of the prizes on display. There'll also be a mini petting zoo and fish-scooping game for pet lovers.
5. Go on a tour around the beautiful City of Elmina
Want to see and experience the township for yourself? Hop on any of the shuttle buses for an informational guided tour of the whole City of Elmina. You'll get to see everything from the current residential and commercial developments in the township, the newly completed Elmina Community Park, and Sime Darby Property's future development plans for the area.
