Part of the reason why this happens is because we're unable to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Sometimes, all it takes is spending our free time or weekends to do what we love, or to unwind from all the stress we face on a daily basis. 

For gym owners and fitness trainers Maggy Wang and Joseph Lee, prioritising mental wellbeing is still very much possible, despite them having such busy schedules and commitments to their jobs.

Our video producer, Brenda, was able to join this power couple during the weekend, so we managed to get all the deets as they brought her along for the ride.

Brenda: "Guys, you all do this every week ah?" 

Maggy: "Every other week! It's not the easiest, but we just keep coming back." 

Joseph: "The scenery is worth it, come on." 

Maggy: "Here for the scenery, not so much, the sweats."

Brenda: "But, is this really like what your typical weekend is like?" 

Joseph: "So, we love working out, and how we bond is that we work out together. And on the weekends we usually go out and do stuff together. But when we're at home, we usually just do our thing." 

Maggy: "Yeah, a bit chill, naps and all." 

Joseph: "This place itself has over 30 facilities. My personal favourite is the Infinity Pool, I am guessing Maggy loves the private space upstairs, right?" 

Maggy: "That's right, yes. Space away from him." 

Joseph: "Whenever we buy a property, I always look for convenience first. And, let me tell you right now, this place and the LRT is literally a few doorsteps away. And to go to KLCC, it's only a few stops."

Maggy: "Yeah, so sometimes when we wanna go for date nights, we just take the LRT. Easy."
