Haidilao has now introduced a new coriander soup base.
"When cilantro isn't enough… Make it a whole hot pot," the restaurant shared in an Instagram post today.
"Fresh, fragrant, and loaded with the green goodness you can't get enough of. Not just added to the hot pot. It is the hot pot," they added.
This isn't just a garnish situation where you politely pick it out
Nope. This is coriander taking the mic, grabbing centre stage, and refusing to leave.
The restaurant recently teased the new soup base, getting fans to guess what the next flavour could be. Some guessed pistachio, while others wondered if it might be matcha.
Well, now we know.
