If you've been driving by KLCC Junction these past few days, chances are you've spotted this 3D dragon making an appearance during the evening

In case you didn't know, this junction in KL features one of the largest immersive screens that often displays creative and innovative advertising content.

This time around, the monumental screen displays a large clock tower at exactly 7pm. As the clock strikes seven times, deep, growling sounds can be heard before the clock tower is shattered by a mythical dragon.

The massive dragon emerges from the ruins, looking over the scene before emitting an ear-splitting roar. Not long after that, the dragon rears its head, takes in a deep breath, and breathes fire all over the screen.

This cinematic feat on the CuBig @ KLCC Junction was achieved by Malaysia's leading out-of-home (OOH) advertising solutions provider and Media Prima Berhad subsidiary Big Tree

This immersive experience of a dragon shattering a clock tower and breathing fire and life into the city of KL is a crowd-pulling feature that showcases 60 seconds of visual display, augmented by powerful audio and stunning anamorphic capabilities.

Titled 'A Cinematic Feat: Launch of CuBig @ KLCC Junction's Premium Audio Timebelt', it illustrates the extent of contemporary and comprehensive OOH in providing premium advertising.

This campaign reveals that advertisers have the opportunity to produce creative 60-second cinematic brand messaging using similar 3D effects and dynamic audio to intrigue pedestrians and motorists during rush hour traffic.

Facing the Petronas Twin Towers, CuBig @ KLCC Junction emerges as the focal point at the traffic light intersection of Jalan Ampang, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, and Jalan P Ramlee.

Stephanie Wong, Big Tree's chief operating officer, said that the peak-hour domination at KLCC junction fulfils advertisers' demands for more creativity in OOH

"Brands need to be distinct, noticeable, and memorable should they want to heighten brand perception and meet consumer expectations; a 60-second interactive anamorphic illusion that drives online and offline engagement is key in providing such a rich advertising experience.

"With an extended content duration of dynamic 3D visuals and impressive audio, advertisers may dream bigger and experiment further with OOH advertising that is evolving at par with the latest digital transformations," she said.

Since its media launch in 2021, CuBig @ KLCC Junction has seen outstanding occupancy and demand from numerous industries

It is capable of delivering more depth and genuineness to 3D advertising, marvelling audiences with its outstanding life-like features, and inspiring advertisers to create out-of-this-world content that better communicates their brand messages.

In fact, a recent study observed that 98% of Malaysians found that visually appealing OOH ads are more engaging. This shows that achieving impactful branding is key for advertisers.

This isn't the first time Big Tree has pulled off an awe-inspiring feat, as they also featured a great white shark on CuBig @ KLCC Junction in 2021:
