[VIDEO] Malaysian Parents Share Their Nightmare Poop Stories
"Bye bye chicken! Bye bye chicken!"
We brought together three Malaysian couples to talk about all things kid poop! Here's what they had to say:
What are your kids’ funny poop habits?
Michelle's girls used to clap their hands and chant "Bye bye chicken, bye bye chicken!"
What’s your nightmare poop story?
Joel's son dropped a turd directly into his daddy's hand... Mary Ann's face is all of us right now.
What do you do when your kid has difficulty pooping?
Ever raid the supermarket to get as many fruits and vegetables that you hope your child will actually eat just so they can go potty? Yeah, Michelle and Eric bought enough to feed an army >_<
How many times does a child poo in a day?
Every parent knows the stress of having a child that hasn't pooped in over three days! #truth
What advice would you give other parents who need help getting their kids to poop?
As parents, we hear so many different advice: drink fruit juice, jump up and down, read stories, rub oil...
Sometimes it's best to just ask the experts!
What can we say? Parents get super passionate about... poop!
And that's because your kid's bowel movements plays an important role to their overall well being:
Constipation is uncomfortable for all of us, and even more so for young children. Yet, it's one of the most common problems kids face. A constipated child has infrequent bowel movements or hard, dry stools.
With little ones, constipation can cause abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, weight loss, and more serious symptoms.
To help your child, encourage them to eat more fibre-rich fruits and vegetables, drink more fluids, and exercise regularly. If the problem persists, seek medical advice from your family doctor.
