Called the 'Art of OLDTOWN', Zacharevic's latest project is in collaboration with OLDTOWN White Coffee

OLDTOWN White Coffee (OLDTOWN) is teaming up with renowned Lithuanian artist, Ernest Zacharevic to create the ‘Art of OLDTOWN’, a celebration of the heritage and history that is shared between Ipoh, Old Town and OLDTOWN White Coffee, the true white coffee manufacturer in Malaysia.

In conjunction with this collaboration, Zacharevic will use his unique artistic creativity to paint seven murals to celebrate Ipoh, Old Town, the birthplace of white coffee.

While the location of the remaining murals remain unknown, Zacharevic's artwork will be inspired by the local coffee culture of Ipoh

Inspired by the local coffee culture of Ipoh, Old Town in particular, Zacharevic is eager to add seven more art murals at locations around Ipoh, Old Town. In line with the ‘Art of OLDTOWN’ campaign, each art piece will draw inspiration from the elements from the birthplace of white coffee, OLDTOWN and their shared origins.

Zacharevic had this to say, “Ever since I first visited Ipoh, Old Town I’ve been touched by how cozy and intimate the town is. Its architecture, culture, food and people have continued to captivate and inspire my heart and soul. I’ve wanted to come back to Ipoh, Old Town, take my time, soak in its rich culture and heritage and perhaps leave my mark here. I was truly honored and amazingly excited when OLDTOWN approached me to make this a reality.”
