1. Nyonya Seafood Yee Sang @ Alison Soup House

Tossing the Nyonya Seafood Yee Sang by Alison Soup House was a refreshing surprise! They incorporate 11 fresh ingredients (including pineapple, beetroot, lime leaves, pomelo, and salmon) with a whole bowl of mixed nuts and whole grains instead of the usual crackers. The cereal really adds to the uniqueness of their yee sang!

Alison Soup House does not use any MSG in their dishes and are known for their wholesome soups and hearty meals made only with fine ingredients. Their restaurant is pet-friendly too!

Fifth Palate has a variety of special yee sang to choose from this year. They even have a vegetarian option. All of their yee sang comes with Korean pear, lemongrass, ginger torch flower, kaffir lime leaves, shallots, carrots, pickled ginger, candied wintermelon, crispy crackers and various other condiments.

Priced at RM118 nett (for 8 to 10 pax), the yee sang is available from 3 February to 4 March. Last pick-up before CNY will be at 10am on 15 February.

ANTE's Jamon Iberico yee sang has hand-cut Jamon Iberico slices that are acquired from a special breed of free-range pigs found in the Iberian Peninsula and cured for up to 24 months! La Juiceria's healthy version of yee sang is served with sengkuang (sweet turnip), smoked salmon, shredded carrots, chuka wakame, pomelo, mandarin oranges, shredded Japanese cucumber, grapes, crackers, peanuts, white sesame seeds, dried apricots, golden raisins, red cabbage, beetroot, cashew nuts, alfafa sprouts and drizzled with golden plum sauce.
