This New Auction Site By Carlist.my Makes It Easier To Sell Your Car To Dealers
Over RM4 million worth of cars have been sold through the auction platform since its launch.

Local automotive website Carlist.my has launched a new auctioning platform that directly connects car sellers with dealers
A platform like this results in a faster turnaround time for successful transactions as dealers are constantly looking to increase their inventory.
Carlistbid.my provides an online platform and its own inspection hub in Kampung Sungai Penchala.
Here's how Carlistbid.my works:
- Consumers submit an online request to arrange a complimentary inspection, where the car is valued before being put into auction.
- Once a reserve price is agreed, the bidding process will begin with Carlist.my's Trusted Dealer network placing their bids on all the cars offered.
- Once a car is sold, all of the transfer documents and payments are conducted by Carlistbid.my staff.
Since its launch, over RM4 million worth of cars have been sold through Carlistbid.my
A variety of fleet and private vehicles make up the cars offered in the auctions, ranging from local brands, Japanese brands, and Continental brands.
"Positive results from the auctions are indications we are providing a service by allowing customers to sell their cars fast, while dealers from all over Malaysia can get stock for their car yards," said CEO of iCar Asia Limited Hamish Stone.
To accommodate the increasing demand of car auctions, a second inspection hub will be opened soon, with a storage yard in Shah Alam.
