Ever wanted to learn more about Scotch whisky?
You're in luck, 'cause The Glenlivet is hosting a unique and immersive experience from 29 July until 6 August, wheeee! :D
Taking place at The Five, Damansara Heights, the event space will look like a bothy on the outside — a nod to where its founder George Smith first honed his craft of making whisky, while featuring a unique The Glenlivet experience on the inside. A bothy is a small hut or cottage, typically found in remote mountainous parts of Scotland, and other areas.
Sounds like you're in store for some interesting photo backdrops, eh? All while discovering the history and heritage of Scotch whisky too, hehe.

Venue: Level 2, Block E, The Five, Damansara Heights
Register online for free here. For an additional tasting experience, purchase a ticket for RM88 or a bottle of The Glenlivet from the Official Pernod Ricard Shopee Store to unlock a special tasting flight. Bottles can also be purchased via Diineout or at Qra. Those who purchase a bottle will be able to get the label personalised at The Bothy.
Guests will be taken through the history of The Glenlivet as well as the production process of creating uisge beatha (water of life), or the Scotch whisky as we know it today

After uncovering the brand's nearly 200-year tradition of whisky-making, The Glenlivet Bothy experience will build up to a special tasting session as an exquisite ending.
During this time, you'll have the opportunity to taste a range of whiskies from The Glenlivet, as well as redeem a cocktail capsule expertly crafted by the team from culinary cocktail bar Rakh KL.
These cocktails will feature inspiration from key flavours of The Glenlivet range of whiskies. And, the best part is, if you buy any bottle of The Glenlivet, you can opt to personalise the label for a bottle that is truly your own! ;D
Adding to the entire journey, several outlets around the area will also offer different tasting experiences that showcase The Glenlivet
They include pairing menus, tasting flights, and even exclusive cocktails!
That's not all. Guests who join each activity will also be able to collect stamps and redeem special gifts, including a bottle of The Glenlivet 12 Year Old. :O

In conjunction with The Glenlivet Bothy experience, the brand has also introduced a new limited-edition expression, The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Licensed Dram
This latest expression is part of the 'Original Stories' series from the brand, and comes after the release of The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Illicit Still.
Each of the 12 Year Old expressions within the series brings to life a different part of The Glenlivet story, demonstrating how the iconic Scotch whisky has continually broken traditions.
Made in the Scottish Highlands since 1824, The Glenlivet boasts malt from Speyside and mineral water from Cairngorms National Park, which are distilled in traditional lantern-shaped stills and then matured in oak casks — giving The Glenlivet its signature smooth, rich, and fruity flavour.
