With the wealth of information available at our fingertips nowadays, most of us have got a pretty good idea on how to stay healthy

Be it online videos that help us with our fitness or recipes that feature dishes full of nutrients, it's so easy to download or save them on our phones, with the hopes of circling back to them someday.

However, whether we actually perform the workout or make the recipe is another matter. :P

So, are we actually leading healthier lives as we perceive?

In partnership with Swisse, we took up a challenge from a doctor, Dr Amanda binti Elli, to see how much we really know about our health:

Watch the full video below to find out what went down:

First off, some health trivia! The talents answered a series of questions to test their knowledge on nutrition.

Hmm, the questions seemed pretty basic initially, but were clearly tricky all the same, just like this one about the nutrient that makes up most of our bodies.

Riyal: "Water!"

Ashley: "Is that a nutrient? I don't think so, right?"

Riyal: "60% of our bodies are water."

Ashley: "I'm gonna say sodium."

Brenda: "I don't even know what nutrients are."

Ashley: "Definitely not water. Water is definitely not."

Brenda: "Water is not a nutrient."

Next, it was time for a round of Name the Food Source, where Brenda, Riyal, and Ashley had to guess what food were abundant in the type of vitamin or mineral they were given

Brenda: "A for apple. What's in A? Can you give me a hint?"

Riyal: "Vitamin A. It's good for your eyes."

Brenda: "Oh, okay."

All: "Three, two, one." [Reveals answer on whiteboard]

We all know the importance of exercise, so it should be no surprise that things turned physical when the three talents were tasked to do as many burpees as they could in one minute, whew!

Ashley: "Are you guys ready?"

Riyal: "No."

Brenda: "Yes."

Ashley: "Doctor is ready."

Dr Amanda: "Yeap! One…"

Ashley: "Are we going right now?"

Dr Amanda also decided to give the talents some homework to top off their experience, and further enhance the likelihood of them putting what they learned to practice :P

Riyal: "Sure."

Brenda: "Homework?"

Ashley: "Okay."

Riyal: "Okay. It's not more burpees, is it?"
