As adults, we have a rough idea on how to stay healthy. But, what about the curious, young minds of children?

It's a universally accepted fact that when it comes to speaking your mind, children do not hold back.

Their point of view is often wholesome, insightful, and not to mention, honest, hehe. You just cannot expect what amusing answers will come out of their mouths. And, we love it! <3

So, what do children think they need to grow up big and strong?

In partnership with AptaGro, we posed a few questions to Malaysian children to pick their brains:

Watch the full video below to find out what the little cuties had to say:

First, we asked them who their favourite superhero was.

Hands up if you're an adult and you adore Elsa! It's no surprise that these six-year-olds count the ice queen as a strong superhero they look up to as well, hehe.

Valerie: "Elsa."

Sitarey: "Elsa? Yes! I like Elsa too! Did you know that she built an ice castle with her own powers?"

Valerie: "She can also control ice. Snow!"

Nine-year-old Aleeya chose Captain America, while seven-year-old Rouvin likes Spider-Man. And both wanted to grow up to have the strength just like their beloved leading characters!

Producer: "You guys want to grow up to be strong and powerful like Captain America and Spider-Man?"

Rouvin: "Yes! Yeah, yeah. Because he's strong."

However, growing up strong means they would need an equally strong immune system.

Hmmm, but what exactly do they know about immunity?

Producer: "Right, do you guys know what immunity means?"

Aleeya: "Yeah."

Rouvin: [Shakes head]

Sitarey: "What's immuno-poke-ty?"

Valerie: "Something that protects you from viruses?"

After a short lesson on how eating a balanced diet helps strengthen their immunity, it was time for the children to learn about DHA

Producer: "Have you guys heard of DHA?"

Aleeya and Rouvin: "No."

Valerie: "Yeah!"

Sitarey: "What is D(gibberish)?"

Valerie: "I know! My mummy told me that it's in our milk and it helps make us strong."

Ultimately, like these kiddos learned, eating a balanced diet that is rich in nutrients is what our brain and bodies need to flourish.
