Tonton subscribers now have the chance to win prizes worth more than RM700,000 simply by streaming their favourite shows
If binge-watching dramas is already part of your routine, this might be one reason to keep streaming.
From now up to 9 August, Tonton subscribers can take part in Tonton Non Stop, On Top!, a rewards campaign that turns streaming time into points and leaderboard rankings, with attractive prizes up for grabs along the way.
Plus, viewers who climb the leaderboard stand a chance to take home a range of rewards
Among the biggest prizes available are four vehicles, including a Nissan Kicks e-Power 1.2L VL, a GAC Emkoo 1.5L Turbo, and two TQ Wuling Bingo EVs.
The prize pool also features 70 Oppo smartphones and 1,120 Watsons cash vouchers worth RM108 each.
Throughout the campaign period, a total of 298 winners will be announced every two weeks across four prize categories: Grand Prize, Runner-Up, Consolation Prize, and Special Consolation Prize.
To give more viewers a fair chance of winning, all accumulated points and leaderboard rankings will reset at the end of every two-week cycle.
While previous Grand Prize and Runner-Up winners will not be eligible to win the same top-tier prizes again, they can still continue competing for Consolation and Special Consolation prizes in subsequent rounds.
Getting started only takes a few steps
First, users will need to subscribe to either a three-month or 12-month TontonUp plan to qualify for the campaign.
From there, they can start earning points by streaming selected content on Tonton. The more eligible programmes they watch, the more points they collect, helping them climb the leaderboard and improve their chances of winning.
There's also a way to earn bonus points!
Beyond streaming, subscribers can collect additional points through Tonton Subscription Gifts purchased for family members or friends.
Each three-month subscription gift awards 100 bonus points, while each 12-month subscription gift comes with 400 bonus points. Unlike streaming points, these bonus points can be collected without limits, allowing participants to boost their leaderboard standing even further.
To make things even more competitive, Tonton is introducing a special weekend feature called Turboost
Users who stream selected content on Saturdays and Sundays will automatically receive double points, helping them climb the rankings faster than usual.
According to Tonton, the campaign is designed to reward loyal viewers while encouraging audiences to discover more exclusive content available on the platform.
Those interested can participate by downloading the Tonton app or visiting tonton.com.my, registering or logging into their account, and streaming selected programmes starting from 15 June.
