Janda Baik is less than an hour's drive from KL and offers more than just popular wedding venues.
This little village in Bentong district has plenty of activities if you need a breath of fresh air and a short trip that won't cost you a bomb.
1. Go for a dip in Lata Tampit Waterfall
Beat the heat and take a dip in one of Janda Baik's many waterfalls. Among these is Lata Tampit that is said to take about an hour to hike one way.
If you want more options, there's also Luroh Waterfall, Lata Hammer, and a seven-tiered waterfall called Ulu Tampik.
2. Play paintball with your friends at SWAT Paintball
Unleash your competitive side and shoot paint with (or at!) friends.
SWAT Paintball is a three-acre paintball centre just 40 minutes away from KL. They have a field that caters for beginners and can be tailored for smaller groups.
