If you've been in a situation where your parcel arrives when you're not at home, we know the struggle
But, what if we told you that you can now arrange to pick up your own parcels?
That's right, TikTok Shop's self-collection feature is here and it lets you collect your parcels from a nearby collection point whenever it's convenient for you.
Here's how it works:
When checking out on TikTok Shop, tap on the "Delivery Info" section on the Order Summary page.
From there, choose "Self-Collection" and select your preferred collection point before placing your order.
Once your parcel arrives, you'll receive a collection code via TikTok and WhatsApp. Just show the code at the outlet to collect your parcel within five working days.
Do note that self-collection is only available for parcels up to 20kg, as long as each side of the parcel does not exceed 50cm and the total dimensions stay within 150cm.
Plus, TikTok Shop is also making things more interesting by offering you rewards when you use self collection
From 21 May to 8 June, you can complete self collection orders for a chance to win exciting prizes:
- 1x Honda ADV 160 Motorbike
- 2x iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB
- 2x 1g Gold Wafer
- 2x 1g Gold Bar
That's not all, there's also the #TTSFreeShippingLagiBest challenge where you stand to win an iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB.
All you have to do is post a TikTok video sharing your self-collection experience with the following criteria:
- At least 15 seconds long
- Include hashtag #TTSFreeShippingLagiBest in your video caption
- Must mention @tiktokshop_my and tag three friends
Winners will be selected by the end of the campaign, and the top three videos with the most likes wins!
