If your blue bag is torn, damaged, or just looking a bit worse for wear, you can head over to the Exchanges and Returns counter at any IKEA outlet.
Collect a ticket, fill out a form, and you'll be able to swap your old bag for a brand new one… completely free of charge!
Sounds too good to be true? SAYS checked in with an IKEA representative, who confirmed that it's legit.
