Here's something you'll want to know before you head to the counter.

From 27 July to 31 October, Pos Malaysia and PayNet are running the Scan & Tap To Win A Year Of Free Bills campaign, giving you the chance to win free bills for one year simply by making an eligible payment using DuitNow QR or MyDebit.

Better yet, there are more than RM200,000 worth of prizes up for grabs, so your everyday errands could turn into something much more rewarding.

Here's the good news, you just need to make one eligible cashless payment to qualify

Simply spend a minimum of RM100 in a single eligible transaction at any Pos Malaysia outlet and pay using DuitNow QR or MyDebit, or purchase your motor insurance online. Once your payment goes through, you'll automatically receive one contest entry, so there's no registration or extra forms to fill in.

Just remember to keep your receipt, as you'll need it if you're selected as one of the winners.

While the grand prize is free bills for one year, the campaign covers more than just paying your utility bills

Eligible transactions also include renewing your road tax, purchasing motor insurance, sending parcels locally or internationally, buying stamps and merchandise, as well as other qualifying services available at Pos Malaysia.

So whether you're ticking off your monthly to-do list, renewing your car insurance, or sending a package to a loved one, your transaction could qualify as long as you spend at least RM100 and pay using DuitNow QR or MyDebit.

Plus, customers who purchase motor insurance worth RM500 or more will receive six contest entries, while international shipping transactions of at least RM150 earn two contest entries. That means certain everyday transactions could give you even more opportunities to walk away with a prize.

Six lucky winners will receive free bills for one year, with bill payments covered up to RM1,750 per month.

That's not all, though.

Throughout the campaign, 150 winners will also receive RM350 cash vouchers, while another 180 winners will win RM150 cash vouchers, bringing the total prize pool to more than RM200,000.
