Why Group Homes Need Individual Accounts for Camp Registration

Want to join the fun at Camp TheraFriends? All registrations are handled through their online portal to keep your information safe and organized .

If you're new to the camp

First-time campers need to fill out the "New Family Enrollment" form on the registration website . Just follow the instructions on the screen to submit your application .

If you've been here before

If you attended a session in 2025, you can simply log in with your existing username and password .

However, if you didn't attend a program in 2025 or a travel session in 2024, the system will treat you as a new participant. You will need to fill out the enrollment form again .

Managing family and group accounts

If you are signing up multiple family members, you can manage everyone under one profile. Just use the "add camper" button on your Parent Dashboard .

If you are registering for a group home, please do not use a shared "family" account. To keep records accurate, every individual needs their own account with their own unique email address .

Payments and financial help

Make sure all fees are paid or scheduled before your camp session begins . You can pay by credit card or check. If you need a little help with the costs, financial assistance is available—just fill out the required forms during your application .
