- 2 tablespoons of Nutrabliss Organic Chia Seed
- 5-7 tablespoons of Nutrabliss Multifloral Honey
- 1-2 teaspoons of syrup
- Water
- Ice cubes

Method
1. Pour five to seven tablespoons of honey into a jar filled with water.
2. Add the goji berries and chia seeds into the same jar.
3. Finish by adding syrup and ice cubes to the mixture.

2. Mee Goreng Daging

Ideal for sharing with family during iftar, this Mee Goreng Daging is a delightful fusion of spices and flavours. Spinach organic noodles are a healthy choice, being non-fried, made with organic wheat flour, and free from preservatives, artificial flavourings, colourings, and sweeteners. Additionally, the Himalayan rock salt used in this dish is natural and unprocessed, ensuring it's free of environmental pollutants and rich in essential trace minerals. 

Ingredients
- 1 pack Nutrabliss Spinach Organic Noodles
- A pinch of Nutrabliss Himalayan Rock Salt
- 5-7 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 500g beef slices
- 3 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 7 chillies
- Chives
- 1 beef stock cube
- 3-4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons of chilli paste

Method
1. Begin by soaking the organic noodles in boiling water. Meanwhile, finely blend shallots, garlic, and chillies.
2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté the blended ingredients until fragrant.
3. Add the chili paste and cook until it is fragrant too.
4. Add in the beef stock, sweet soy sauce, and sliced beef.
5. Season the mixture with salt.
6. Finally, add the cooked noodles and stir them in well.

3. Oat Lambuk

For a wholesome and satisfying Raya dish, this Oat Lambuk offers a perfect blend of nutrition and flavour. The organic rolled oats are not only a good source of protein and dietary fibre but also contain Beta Glucan, known for its cholesterol-lowering effects. 

Ingredients

- 1 cup of Nutrabliss Organic Rolled Oat
- A few tablespoons of Nutrabliss Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- Some dry spices (cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom, and cloves)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 shallots
- 1-inch ginger
- Some chopped carrot
- Some chopped potato
- Some chopped meat
- 2 tablespoons of kurma powder
- 3 cups of water
- 1 beef stock cube
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
- Some parsley leaves

Method
1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan.
2. Sauté the dry spices with the finely blended shallots, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
3. Add in water and the kurma powder.
4. Sauté the mixture and then add in the meat, carrots, and potatoes.
5. Pour in beef stock, more water, and rolled oats.
6. Season the mixture with salt and top it off with parsley leaves.

4. Healthy Marshmallow Nougat
