The ramen noodle company recently announced the launch of a 'light' version of the pedas gila buldak bokkeummyeon noodles and we are so stoked!

On Friday, 18 October, the Samyang Foods official Instagram uploaded a video showcasing their latest product.

The post has since garnered 8,800 views.

In the 'light' version, the fiery taste is reduced by 40% so you won't have to worry so much about permanently damaging your digestive system anymore

Yay, now everyone can join the spicy noodle challenge!

Besides that, it is also about 150 calories less than the regular version

The new 'light' version only contains 375 calories per serving in contrast to the regular version which carries 530 calories.
