13-Year-Old Boy Rapes His 8-Year-Old Sister After Watching Porn On XBox 360
A thirteen-year-old boy has admitted to raping his eight-year-old sister after watching porn on the family's Xbox 360 browser and "decided to try it out."

A 13-year-old British boy told police he raped his 8-year-old sister because of pornography he saw on his friend’s Xbox
The boy in Blackburn, England has pleaded guilty to raping his 8-year-old sister, claiming that he got the idea after watching porn via the Internet browser of his friend's Xbox 360.
The boy, whose name has not been released, told police he and his friend were watching porn and he "decided to try it out"
He told police he selected his sister because she was younger and “couldn’t remember stuff.” He is free on bail and living with family while he awaits sentencing.

A detective told the court that "this is one of those tragic sexual experimentation cases"
"This is going to completely destabilise this little girl's life," Fiona Elvines, of the Rape Crisis Charity, told the Telegraph. She said her organization saw a similar case in November.

“When children see porn, they have no context for what it is used for," she says.
The case highlights how easy it is to access porn from just about anywhere. According to the The Lancashire Telegraph:
"Blackburn MP Jack Straw said it was the responsibility of Internet service providers to make sure children could not access sexually-explicit content."

It is not known whether or not parental settings were in place on either the console itself or the family's IP address
While the 360 doesn't have any dedicated apps devoted solely to porn access, there's a browser that can easily take users to the infinite amount of porn that exists on the Internet. There's also a DVD drive that is perfectly capable of playing porn films straight from the disc drive.
