3 Siblings & Mum Die After Their Car Crashes Into The Rear Of A Lorry In Perak
The youngest victim was five years old.
Earlier this morning, 16 May, four members of a family travelling in a Proton Saga were killed after their car crashed into a lorry in Perak
The car they were travelling in crashed into the rear of the lorry at KM310.2 of the North-South Expressway (southbound) in Kampar, Perak, according to a report in New Straits Times.
The four victims have been identified as 23-year-old Muhammad Azib Nasaruddin, eight-year-old Siti Nur Aminah Nasaruddin, five-year-old Ahmad Uwais Qorni Nasaruddin, and 45-year-old Azriyani Abdul Latif.
The deceased were identified as three siblings and their mother.
Another victim, seven-year-old Muhammad Fawwaz Nasaruddin, suffered serious injuries.

The lorry was laden with soil.
According to Perak Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Mohamadul Ehsan Mohd Zain, they received a distress call at 2.03am, after which a team of firemen from Tapah rushed to the scene.
They were assisted by another team from Gopeng.
"There were five people in the car and four of them were pronounced dead at the scene, while another victim was taken to Tapah Hospital by the public," Mohamadul Ehsan said.
He shared that there were burn injuries on all the deceased bodies.
Meanwhile, the lorry driver was not hurt in the crash.
