A Father In Perlis First Raped His Disabled Daughter And Then Let His Friend Rape Her Too
He was arrested after the victim lodged a police report with the help of her neighbour.

On Friday, 28 June, two men, aged 61 and 53, were arrested in Arau, Perlis, after a police report was lodged against them for rape
According to NST Online, the 61-year-old man is the father of the victim, whom he raped her at their home in Kampung Baru Pauh at 8.30pm in the month of May.
"In the same month, her father took her to a friend's farm and raped her there.
"Initial investigations showed that the victim's father colluded with his friend and allowed the latter to rape his daughter," Perlis police chief Senior Asst Comm (SAC) Noor Mushar Mohamad was quoted as saying by The Star Online.
The police report was lodged on 27 June by the 28-year-old intellectually disabled victim with the help of her neighbour
"The victim did not know who she could tell on the matter, as she has learning disabilities and she can't speak properly," SAC Noor Mushar told NST Online.
He said that even her mother and younger sister have the same disability, which made it more difficult for the victim to come forward.
The victim is currently being treated at the Tuanku Fauziah Hospital, where an initial medical examination found an old tear in the victim's private parts.
