AirBorneo Opens Kuching-KL Ticket Sales With Intro Fares From RM375
The new Kuala Lumpur route marks AirBorneo's first connection to Peninsular Malaysia.

AirBorneo has officially begun selling tickets for its new Kuala Lumpur-Kuching route today, 7 July, marking a major step in the Sarawak-owned airline's expansion beyond Borneo
According to Bernama, the airline will operate two daily flights between Kuching International Airport and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1.

To celebrate the launch, AirBorneo is offering its "Sarawakku Sayang" promotional fares, with one-way Economy Class tickets starting from RM375 all-in
Meanwhile, Business Class fares start from RM736 all-in, inclusive of airport taxes and fuel surcharges.
Bookings opened at 7am today and are available exclusively through AirBorneo's official website and mobile app.

AirBorneo chief executive officer Megat Ardian Aminuddin described the Kuala Lumpur route as a significant milestone in the airline's long-term growth plans
"Kuala Lumpur is a strategic gateway that expands access to wider domestic and international destinations, creating greater opportunities for tourism, trade, investment, and business.
"As Sarawak's airline, we are committed to connecting people, businesses, and opportunities through safe, reliable, and affordable air travel," he said.
The new Kuala Lumpur route is AirBorneo's first service connecting Sarawak with Peninsular Malaysia, previously operating only regional routes within Sarawak and Sabah.
