Anwar Ibrahim: No Decision Yet On Who Will Be Prime Minister

Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairperson Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said no decision has been made the formation of a new government and on the appointment of Malaysia's 10th Prime Minister

In a press conference in front of the Istana Negara this afternoon, 22 November, after a meeting with Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Anwar said "the prime minister position is empty for now".

According to BFM News, he said there is also "no question of forming a minority government" for now.

He added that he remains confident that he will secure a simple majority eventually.

Meanwhile, Muhyiddin was seen leaving the palace without speaking to the press.
