British journalist Katie Morley recently caught netizens' attention after she gave nasi lemak a rating of 0/10

On 15 January, the woman took to Twitter to share about a meal she had while on a 13-hour British Airways flight.

According to her, the dish was labelled as 'chicken curry with rice' on the menu.

She wrote, "Behold: Chicken curry served with anaemic boiled egg, topped with smelly, slimy anchovies. Quite like plane food usually, and this was 0/10."

The tweet prompted Malaysians and nasi lemak lovers everywhere to band together and defend the dish.

After the whole fiasco, she decided to visit a Malaysian restaurant in London and try out a proper nasi lemak meal.

She said, "You are right, it's delicious!"

On 20 January, she tweeted, "Thank you to all the Malaysians [who] suggested I should try the real nasi lemak. You are right, it's delicious! Nothing like that BA plane meal I had."

Morley revealed that she had the meal at Zheng in Chelsea

The restaurant specialises in Malaysian cuisine but they also serve dishes from other parts of Asia.

According to their website, one plate of nasi lemak served with chicken rendang costs GBP14.90 (RM79.16).

When she initially tweeted about the airline nasi lemak, it stirred up quite some controversy:

A few days later, she apologised to Malaysians and said that she meant no offence:
