Chinese tourists are notoriously known for their crude and uncivilised behaviour when travelling abroad and even in their home country of China. Remember Shanghai Disneyland?

Lots of trash can be seen at the grounds of Shanghai Disneyland.

The grounds of the USD5.5 billion (RM22 billion) Shanghai Disneyland was heavily vandalised by locals even though it hasn't opened to the public then.

Normally, when unruly Chinese tourists misbehave abroad, it's the foreigners that call them out - but not this time. In fact, they're getting put in their place by one of their own.

Bin Bin Ji, a woman from Beijing also known fondly as "Sister Bin," has become a minor celebrity for posting an epic 3-minute rant about Chinese tourists misbehaving abroad onto Facebook.

At the time of writing, the Facebook video has been viewed more than 2 million times, with over 33,000 likes and shares.

In the video, taken off the shores of Phuket, Sister Bin recalled a fellow tour mate who insisted on taking a large piece of wood from Lovers' Beach

The tour guides had earlier told the tourist from Jiangsu that items from the beach are not allowed to be removed.

But Sister Bin is having none of it. She wasted no time in giving her fellow countryman a piece of her mind.

She told the tour guide to let the offending tourist take the piece and let the customs authorities deal with her. Needless to say, the tourist was intimidated and left the wood untouched.

She proceeded to call out the mentality of crude Chinese and asked them to obey the laws and regulations in the countries they visit

To describe the situation, Sister Bin uses quite a colorful array of language, but it certainly gets the point across. According to an interview with Chinese site Xinhua, she said that while the words she uses might be coarse, she meant well.

Netizens have overwhelmingly voiced their support for Sister Bin's call for justice
