The man could face consequences for not reporting his wife's death within 48 hours
Kajang police chief ACP Ab Rashid Ab Wahab said the man was not arrested and that he was distraught that his wife of more than 20 years had died.

“He may be sent for psychiatric observation but will face the consequences of failing to report his wife’s death to the National Registration Department within 48 hours,” he said.

Police believe the women died of a heart attack
