[VIDEO] Heroic Foreign Worker Climbs Up Building To Save A 3-Year-Old Girl's Life

A true hero, he effortlessly climbed up the building to save the toddler's life!

A toddler whose head was stuck between the rails of an external clothes-drying rack on the second floor of a Housing Board block in Singapore, was saved by the heroic act of a foreign worker who quickly pulled himself up onto the ledge, The Star Online reported

The incident happened on Thursday, 23 April. A passer-by who first saw the toddler in that precarious position shouted for help. Two men tried to heave themselves up on the ledge but failed. The foreign worker who was working on road repairs nearby then came to the rescue. Watch how effortlessly he climbed up to save a life:

He has been identified as 'Shammugun', according to The Straits Times. A spokesman for the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said Shammugun, who has been hailed as a hero, will be receiving the SCDF Public Spiritedness Award! Good job, Mr. Shammugun!
