Khairul Aming Reveals He Spent Nearly RM1 Million On Luxurious Staff Getaway In Penang

Entrepreneur and social media influencer Khairul Aming has demonstrated his dedication to his employees' wellbeing by funding a luxurious vacation to Penang despite the high costs
During a live session on his TikTok account, the 32-year-old businessman revealed that his company spent nearly RM1 million on this initiative, which included halting his factory operations for five days.
He stated that the expenses covered the entire vacation, which included the meals, accommodation, transportation, pocket money for the staff, as well as the production losses due to the factory's closure.
Khairul estimated that the production loss was between RM700,000 and RM750,000, while the vacation costs amounted to approximately RM200,000 to RM300,000
Despite the high financial outlay, Khairul expressed no regrets.
"This is something I allocate annually for my staff's wellbeing.
"It's essential to celebrate them," he stated.
The getaway included 100 employees who enjoyed five-star accommodation, sea views, luxurious meals, and additional allowances
"It's important to celebrate my staff and ensure they have the opportunity to unwind," Khairul said while emphasising the importance of fostering a positive work environment.
